Cardinal Support & Ticket System
Accessing Cardinal Support Site
CardinalCommerce maintains 24x7x365 Customer Support for our Customers. As a Cardinal Customer, you are provided with a unique User Name to access our Support Site. To receive access to this service, start with contacting your manager to open a ticket and request access or send an email to support@cardinalcommerce.com that includes your contact information.
The Cardinal Support site can be accessed here. Once you have been set up with access to the Support site, you will receive a Welcome email from the CardinalCommerce Support Community. The Cardinal support team has compiled all the necessary components and procedures regarding the support site in a Customer Support & Escalation Guide which can be downloaded directly below.
