Update Description

Cardinal has passed the required certification requirements for EMV 3DS version 2.2 for JCB J/Secure, with that comes the requirement of clients/merchants the capability to test against the Card Brand.

Proposed Update

Add JCB J/Secure PAN’s for all documented EMV 3DS test cases, 13 in total.
