IVR Considerations

When the merchant is using an IVR flow, they must confirm with their account manager that Payer Authentication configuration has the following 2 flags disabled have;

  • ENABLED -

    • IVR Extensions

  • DISABLED -

    • EnhancedAltFlow

    • AltFlow
